1st time customer, at the Andover location. Traveling through and was headed to 5 Guys, and thought I'd try an "independent" for... a change (didn't realize it was a franchise), as 5Gs prices have risen and portions declined. The made-to-order flame grilledburger was a pleasant change, but even smaller portion for the price. The French fries had a flavorful seasoning similar to RedRobin, but again had a small portion and were undercooked. I try to be tolerant and understanding, but repeating myorder/instructions 5 times because the order taker doesn't understand fluent English was frustrating, especially when she keptsoftly mumbling her queries through her mask.. Watching the staff preparing food, the one employee kept pulling down her mask asshe sampled the food. Nope, won't be back.. Update - read through many of the reviews while semi-enjoying my meal...I noticethat except for a name personalized address, they have 3 canned responses for replies to negative reviews. Great food! The staff was super accommodating not friendly but gave good service. The fries were warm, old, and not crunchy. I... like a crunch to my fry not a soft kind of not cooked fry. The cauliflower bites though were out of this world. Read more
I just ordered from this BGOOD, and I am extremely disappointed with this location. All of the avocados that came in my bowl... were rotten. They had black spots all over them. How do you not see that when you're putting a bowl together??? There was alsowhite frozen grease still left on the bacon bits. See attached photos. I took all of the avocado and most of the bacon out, andwas going to try and eat what was left so the kale and apples wouldn't go to waste, but my appetite was ruined by just lookingat the bowl. All I had to eat for lunch were the buffalo cauliflower, which were cold. After paying $32.00 for this meal, Iwould have definitely expected better. Super disappointing.
