I went to this Berrtuccis with myself and my two kids. While the food was good the service was left to be desired. We felt as if... we were almost inconveniencing her, as we waited over 10 min to order drink, 10 more to order food and over 30 for 2 pizza and apasta dish. I understand being short staffed but there was no communication to us and we just sat and waited with no updates, nocheck ins...nothing. Read more

It's never a good thing when you feel bad for the wait staff at a restaurant. Bertucci's used to be a decent place to eat .... Specially for families, reasonably good food at a decent price. I hadn't been there for a while and after this visit not sureif we would ever go back. It took 45 minutes to get are food. There were 5 other tables besides us and the kitchen was fullystaffed, I asked. My chicken piccata was swimming in sauce, no salt , over cooked chicken...no one at are table was happy withtheir meal. Table behind us send back their food, and the table next to us was speaking to a manager about heir food since nomanager was at this location. Just a bad experience overall. Read more

Came here with my mom for lunch. Amazing experience with the general manager and Amanda! They were super friendly and... welcoming. We had chicken Parmesan and salad. Excellent food and excellent service. Will definitely come back! Read more
