Honestly, this Chipotle is the most absurdly rude, slow and inconsiderate I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. Grew up... in the service industry and have always been super patient and empathetic but I placed an order online last week and sat in therestaurant for 2 hours waiting on my order. It also said it had been completed after 15 minutes and was ready for pick up andclearly had not been completed. The team was rude - only one person doing take out orders even with 20 people waiting in thedining area and one person on line with zero urgency. Others stood around.and chatted/found ways to keep fake busy to avoidhelping the rush. It?s embarrassing to watch. To avoid going through that this week I ordered my dinner an hour ago on Uber eatsand have had 3 drivers cancel the pick up after sitting there waiting. It?s been over an hour and isn?t showing a delivery timefor another 45 minutes. It?s unacceptable and the entire staff and leadership team need to get their house in order. Read more

Slowest Chipotle ever! I've been eating Chipotle for over 15 years. I've lived in different cities and eaten at many different... stores. This is by far the slowest Chipotle I've been to, maybe the slowest in existence. The employees are slow. Slow at theregister. Slow making the food. Slow communicating with the customer. Slow communicating with each other. It's impressive howslow they make this process. Delivery drivers are waiting by the bunch, this line is moving as slow as molasses, and I've seenseveral people leave. Whilst writing this review, I've been standing in line, watched the last 5 minutes of a half of afootball game, written this review, and I'm still probably 15 minutes from getting out of here. And on top of that, one of theemployees just walked off, got a few cups of water, checked his phone for a bit, and then sauntered to the back before emergingand getting back to work. It's an unawareness level I've never seen before. To the manager: this team needs a swift kick intogear. Or fire them. I don't care. What I can tell you as a loyal customer is that this is way below standards for this franchiseand an embarrassment. I'm going to start driving 15 minutes out of my way to go to another location because it will save metime. Done with my rant. Still 8 people ahead of me before I start my order... Read more

Let me start by saying that I have probably been to over 50 chipotles in 10 different states and this is by far the worst by a... long shot. How is the owner continuing to run this place. There?s so many bad reviews consistently talking about how bad thisplace is. Why can?t every other chipotle do it right and this one can?t? Management. This location has unbelievably slow serviceEvery single time. Tonight my online app order said it would be ready at 7:30 PM. I waited until 7:57. I stood in the store for27 minutes after the time that it was guaranteed to be ready. every time I ask the guy said oh yeah we?re working on orders 20to 30 minutes behind. meanwhile there are people walking to the store and walking out with their food while I?m waiting for myorder that is already 25 minutes late. I think they served 40 people in the time between when my order was supposed to be readyand it was actually given to me. All the people who walked in the store 15 minutes after my online order had been placed. Theguys in front of me and behind me were all cursing, I asked multiple times and they said they were running behind. But it?salways the same excuses, and the same bad service. We like this location because they rarely run out of ingredients and keep the line fresh, and the service is overall pretty... nice. We prefer to go in the evenings during the weekday, as there is no sense of urgency on the line on weekends -unfortunately. Be prepared to wait in quite the line if you go on a Saturday or Sunday. Just to clarify, this is still one ofour favorite Chipotles in the area and we are certainly regulars. Read more

This place must be avoided at all costs. The employees don?t care. They?re always late on making food. Drive to woburn for... Qdoba. Showed up at 7:20 for an order supposedly ready at 7, and they were mailing orders from 6:30. Read more

this was a really horrible day experience overall. the bowls were so small portions. the quesadilla had no food in it. we had... maybe like 8 chips. the rice was hard the meat was chunky. uneven distribution of toppings. just don?t go here. save yourselfthe time and money Read more

Trash bags in the hall, urine all over the floor in the bathroom, floor unswept covered in food,, wrappers and napkins all over... the self service counter. Bring a long novel with you to read while waiting for your pick up order because you will be able toread the whole thing. I wish management would care more than just copy pasting review responses.
