Every time we place an order here for curbside pick up, we always end up having to go inside just to find our order sitting on... the shelf because nobody has the courtesy to bring it out. I have a dairy allergy and I asked to switch my smoothie with another smoothie cause I can?t have it and they threw my old one... out and then told me I had to pay for a new one. The person in charge of the front desk on that day was too rude and arrogant. How could such a well-known chain store hire sucha person is beyond my comprehension! Although this place is constantly hustling and bustling. It's a great environment everyone is always friendly. Service is always... amazing & everyone is kind.
