Every time we place an order here for curbside pick up, we always end up having to go inside just to find our order sitting on... the shelf because nobody has the courtesy to bring it out. I have a dairy allergy and I asked to switch my smoothie with another smoothie cause I can?t have it and they threw my old one... out and then told me I had to pay for a new one. They were very rude about it and I didn?t like my treatment. I wasdiscriminated against because of my age and think it was very unnecessary. Waste of money don?t come here. Read more
At 6.12On Saturday morning, my girlfriend and I went to this shop with great pleasure, but we met the worst service in my life.... The person in charge of the front desk on that day was too rude and arrogant. How could such a well-known chain store hire sucha person is beyond my comprehension! Although this place is constantly hustling and bustling. It's a great environment everyone is always friendly. Service is always... amazing & everyone is kind. The chicken thighs on the Citrus Asian Crunch Chicken Salad were swimming in soy sauce so therefore so was the salad. I ordered... dressing on the side but the soy totally over powered the entire thing- inedible! And the Mango smoothie had NO MANGO! It waswhite- tasted like milk and yogurt- disgusting! I ordered a breakfast bagel and it was super delicious! Everyone was super friendly and the girl at the cashier was very nice... about answering our questions about the menu. My only complaint was no hot sauce :( Read more

Meh... it's been years since i stepped inside a Panera. The one I used to frequent is in Lexington Center and recall good... service and attentive staff. Times have changed and that was obvious at the N Andover location. Like i was doing them a favor bypurchasing bagels here. Last time I do that. Read more
