Love the factory. Mario knows how to take care of his guests. Served with excellence every time and if it's not they will always... make it right for you. They don't nickel and dime you here. Been going here for 20 years. The rewards program is confusing andthere not promoting it enough. No straight answers on how it works. Maybe have a class and educate your staff how the rewardswork. Since the new owners the program went by the waste side and isn't even online. Read more
Not a review on the food or staff but I just got off the phone with them after they told me they don?t deliver to my address.... They told me to try another place by the same owner. That place is further away from my house than they are and reviews weren?tas good so I called back and said ?hey so I just checked and that place is actually further away? .. someone else got on thephone and asked my address again. They stated again that they couldn?t deliver here. My house isn?t even 2 miles from them. It?sliterally a 5 Minute drive. Not bashing the place or anything. The pizza looks really good in the photos. The large is calzone is the largest you?ll get in the area, and it?s pretty friggen good! But? They just don?t know what... buffalo sauce and it ruined my lunch. Half the reviews on here are one star reviews about how they weren?t in the delivery radius or because they ordered from the... wrong pizza place. I want to bring the average rating up with a real review. I ordered a margherita pizza and it wasphenomenal! The sauce was on the sweeter side, and it had a crispy crust rather than soft and doughy. There was lots ofmozzarella and the tomatoes were fresh. Will definitely be ordering from here again! Read more
