Just wondering if there has been a management change? I have loved Shadi's all the way back to when i lived in methuen.Ordered... takeout last night and it was not good,80$ for food.The price is fine but quality did not correspond.The steak and cheese wastiny had hardly any cheese and was very dry.The kibbe balls seem to have been layed out on a sheetpan then microwaved toorder,also very dry.My kids noticed the syrian bread was not very fresh.The grapeleaves were good and my wifes salad was good iwould like to note,but how hard is it to make a salad.If you cannot get that right u need to shut the doors.As a prior kitchenmanager i was very disappointed and wonder if quality would have been better dining in.I know in this day its getting harder andharder to get good takeout but if this becomes the norm ill be cooking at home more often.Hope this was just a fluke but not tooexcited about rushing back. I would have to say out of all the local restaurant?s in North Andover Shadis is too notch, The lighting and subtle music plays... a huge part in the aesthetic. The wait staff and bartenders are second to none. It is actually unbelievable that you cant walkin this place without being greeted by the family owners, and they could not be better people. All the food is fresh as can be,and the selection is a wife variety of lebanese and American cuisine. 10/10 reccomend Read more

Traditional Middle Eastern? I couldn?t even imagine any Middle Eastern restaurant can produce this horrible taste. Well, and if... you want to call it an American restaurant, look at their french fries - soft like noddles and taste like mashed potatoeswithout any other ingredients. Who gave this restaurant more than 4 stars? Certainly not Middle Eastern folks. I really wishGoogle had a ?dislike? button for establishments that are not worth a single star.
