I've never been inside (always drive-thru) but the staff is great here. They're always very helpful. There's hardly ever a wait,... & I've never had an issue here. I come almost every morning throughout the week. A lot of Starbucks are hit or miss for me but Idefinitely love this particular one. Read more

don't bother coming here. Been here 4x and the wait is always about 10-15mins to orders. I was trying to give them chances but... it just totally disappointed so i decided to write a review about it. I normally don't get upset and take the time to write areview. Hope the manager's try to fix this issue of wait time. Alsoy drinks were made wrong before so please just haveworker's pay alittle more attention. Thanks Read more

everytime i come here it's a joke they rinsed the pitcher with water and didn't sanitize it after i stated i had an allergy i... asked another worker if she can make it correctly which the girl in the yellow floral sweater thought it was funny i was mad .shouldn't have people working here like that could cost you a lawsuit in the future for not following food safety protocol. they do it on purpose at this point and i think your staff needs some training or your need new employees it's ridiculous. andmy coffe was terrible i appreciate her remaking it but it was disgusting and a waste of 7$ Read more

20 minutes for a drink is outrageous when that's basically your entire job. Then to not get said drink and have to be refunded.... 10 years ago working at McDonald's we had customers out the door for full meals under 5 minutes. This should be unacceptable Read more

Terrible. The worst Starbucks in the area. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first two times I visited and they were... unable to correctly complete my order, because they had just recently opened. Figured that after a month or two things wouldimprove. I was wrong. I asked to order an item that they had displayed in their case near the register. The person attending tothe line rolled his eyes "no, we don't have any". Don't advertise items you do not currently have in stock. That's a basic,common sense business practice. Yes, it is a frequent problem at literally every local Starbucks store I visit, but I digress.Because they did not have the food item I wanted, I ordered a different item and a coffee. It took them 10 minutes to bring overthe food I purchased and they forgot about my coffee. When I reminded the person attending to the line about my coffee, heclumsily poured it and basically threw a few packets of sweetener in my direction. This man clearly hates his job and it shows.I won't be back to this location. It really is a shame because, when fully and properly stocked, Starbucks offers some healthyto go options that are quite good. But when every time I visit I'm met with a diminished menu missing everything I'd like tobuy, combined with a miserable staff, it's time to take my business to a competitor like Dunkin Donuts.
