If I could give a 0 stars I would. First it started with the phone call. I called to place an order for pick up, 3 bagels. 1... plain bagel with cream cheese and jelly, one plain sesame bagel with cream cheese, and one Taylor ham bacon egg and cheese on aplain bagel. She was mixing up the orders over the phone, had to correct her 3 times while she was reading it back to me. Everysingle one of my orders came wrong. The Taylor ham bacon egg and cheese was on a roll not a bagel like I asked for. The plainbagel with cream cheese and jelly was missing the jelly. We also asked for the bagels to get extra toasted they were BARLEYtoasted not even warmed up!!!! The bagels weren?t even bagels they were the texture of sandwich bread. I didn?t know I had tounwrap every bagel before I left the place. I thought 3 simple bagels could be done without confusion from a breakfast place. Iwill not be coming back here again. The food was delicious. We drove 20min out of our way from a jobsite visit to get there. My mechanic and myself are from the... Philly area. There are not many places there that can hold a candle to this food. I locked it into my GPS unit for the nextvisit. ???? Read more

I have been ordering from them on and off for a few years. I have ordered 4 times this week and was disappointed every time but... the first time.. I placed my order specifically to get their Zuppa soup one time it came with a long either white or blonde hairin it that i did not notice until IT WAS IN MY MOUTH, the second time they just sent me something completely different. If theywere out of the Zuppa they should of called. I would of cancelled my entire order because that's really the only reason iordered in the first place. Instead they sent me one of the most disgusting soups I have ever tasted. I took one bite and threwit out. I just wish they would be consistent with their quality... sometimes the food is amazing !!! and other times its justawful. I now remember why i stopped ordering from them in the first place. I?ve had the breakfast burrito here and lunch the chicken cutlet sandwiches so good. This is not a chicken cutlet that?s been... sitting around in the fridge , it?s freshly fried. That?s probably why waiting time is a bit longer. But just plan ahead! Youwill have a great meal in the end! The girls here are super sweet and they are well organized! Keep up the good work! This review is a bit mixed, the food here is very good, i usually order delivery through door dash. I have little to no... complaints at all as far as the food. However the service at the restaurant is horrible. The staff was very nice but notattentive at all. It was about 30 mins when they finally took our order. They took forever to bring us drinks. Keeping this inmind it wasn't busy at all, there were probably 4 other parties at the restaurant. They mostly stood around chatting with eachother. I'll still eat here but it might only be to go.
