Very poor quality food and the service was terrible. I was promised that everything was made fresh because I specifically asked... this question due to the time of day I visited. They served me like warm fried rice and a soggy egg roll that you can tell wassitting there. I visited during a slow Sunday afternoon around 3:30 pm and there was just one other table seated in the wholeplace. After waiting 10 minutes for the waitress to come back (which she didn?t, the owner had to help), I told the owner thateverything was not hot. She took my plate and went back into the kitchen and few minutes later brought me out a fresh egg rollwhile the rice and chicken were prepared. When the rice and chicken came out, you could tell that the rice was freshly friedbut they reheated the generals chicken and it was hot and soggy (as if it were reheated in the microwave). Bottom line, thewaitress lied to me and they served me fried rice that was likely sitting in a big pan since noon. It was not fresh, it wasover cooked and barely warm. The egg roll was also not crisp or freshly cooked. The only thing that was good was the chicken(when it first came out), but they decided to reheat it when my dish went back into the kitchen, instead of preparing a freshmeal after my complaint about the rice and egg roll. Will NEVER return and this was my first time ever at this restaurant. It?s a shame that they didn?t take the time to prepare me a fresh meal (especially since I asked). Best Chinese food restaurant in a 100 mile radius! Large portions its always fresh and some of the best quality food around for... a reasonable price. Their eggrolls are great! And their boneless spareribs are the only ones around that are not fatty staff arealways kind but it seems they are short staffed often. 10/10 would recommend! Read more

this is the most horrible food you could imagine, this sesame chicken, they put gravy on it! I couldn't even eat it last night I... had to eat the rice that you pay for separately. Just to set the scene... we went on New Year's Eve so the experience may be different from the norm. Waited about 30 minutes... for a table. Not bad considering the date. People were getting frustrated waiting (sometimes an hour or more) for their takeout order. The staff did explain that they were behind with orders and despite some pretty rude customers the front of housestaff did a good job controlling a rather large wait time. The food... when we got our starters they were only warm. Notquite cold but close. I tried to order General Tso chicken without vegetables but was told that since there were nosubstitutions allowed that I would get what was already prepared. The waitress seemed genuinely frustrated at this but I didnot push the issue. What concerned me was that simply not including broccoli in my dish was an issue for the kitchen. Made itseem like the food was not being cooked fresh or in large batches. When the entrees we ordered did arrive it was VERY hot andwas ok. The General Tso sauce was plain and had little flavor to it. The rice we ordered was good. Chicken wings were goodand very hot. The portions were very generous. Overall I would have rated the experience 4/5 if it were not for some genuineconcerns over the food and their preparation for what they must have known was going to be busy.
