Food is how you would imagine from a food court place. Not authentic Thai food however. Service is extremely rude and pushy. My... husband was ordering a combo 3 which comes with 3 items with rice or noodles. He asked for a sample of each of the meats he wasthinking of ordering (mango chicken, bourbon chicken) he also asked to sample the black pepper chicken which would have been thelast of the meats in his combo but the lady making his plate said ?you cannot sample everything... there is a line?. I know this is only mall food, but I am sick of it. Not sure who runs this place or who is in charge of quality standards but... they should all be fired. I ordered a side dish of Pad Thai, made to order. It came out as all pure white noodles with nothingin it?? Just an oil sugary seasoning and minute traces of something green and shredded? For 4 buck? It was nothing, worth$1.50 tops. So I refused it and opted for one entree selection and choice of Fried rice or Noodles for a $1.00 more These wereequally bad. Fried rice with nothing in it, not even enough S&P & Soy?? At a minimum it should be seasoned correctly withadequate Soy, plus shredded carrots and garlic, ginger, egg and scallions. This is the basics The noodles were the same? Nothing in it, just a little soy and some sweet sauce. This also should have basic ingredients like a basic bok choy, garlic,siracha, carrots, red peper and maybe scallions for a very basic dish. The chicken served was a lousy, fatty thigh meat withtwice the crust and and very sweet and chewy. It seems like all these places do is to find cheaper and cheaper ways of takingshortcuts and cheapening food. We all know what decent Asian food is, and like me you would rather pay a buck or two for somebasically well prepared and good tasting food with a little integrity!
