Location always seems clean, and staff is always friendly. This location doesn't seem to stay very busy, so there isn't much of... a wait. The food is Arby's food. It normally comes out hot and tastes how you expect Arby's to taste. Read more
Staff were nice. Restrooms and dining area was clean. Food was good. Order come out to us at different times. But. Overall good.
Can't get past the Ruben. Good sandwich, a little pricy compaired to Wendy's but a nice change from the standard fast food fair.... Staff at the Knox location are fun. Read more
I just went through the drive thru here and had the best drive thru experience. The young lady, I think her badge said Rodgers,... was very professional and courteous. She could give lessons on customer service . Read more
Chicken sandwich that was on sale was chicken strips instead of full piece of chicken. Only got 1 strip on one sandwich, called... restaurant, they explained the difference in the sandwiches but made good the one strip sandwich. Read more
I've always loved Arby's however, for a while now I have felt they are just too dang expensive and I don't go nearly as much. I... choose other fast food establishments, that I know are cheaper, even when I really want Arby's. If their sandwiches wereactually the size their advertising pictures claim, I wouldn't have such an issue with prices. I've never had one as plump,thick and meaty as their pictures claim. Is that false advertising? Their mozzarella sticks are awesome though! Read more
