Wonderful customer service! Didn't take long to get my order. Everyone was very nice and they worked quickly to expedite orders.
This is the second time that I?ve come here to get a 12 piece family meal and both times I?ve had to pull around and wait. On... this occasion, I was asked to pull around and wait 11 minutes while they finished cooking chicken. 25 minutes went by and I wentinside and they said that the chicken was still not ready. How the hell does a chicken place not have chicken availableespecially over a 30 minute timeframe? I?ll never come back to this place again. Read more
The chicken is always good, I gave one star for customer service, friendliness, preparedness and Cleanliness. I had to put my... own box together while I watched the adolescent staff slip back and forth on the spilled liquid on the floor. This is my lasttime going here. Do better, yall are gross. Read more
There were enough people working, that one could have come out from behind the counter to wipe off tables. The restaurant was... NOT busy. Overall, the food was hot & fresh. It didn't taste like they were using the same cooking oil/grease as some otherplaces are known for. Read more
The Morning Crew gave me great service, food and more importantly smiles. I was greeted immediately as I walked in, served... quickly and as usual the food was hot and good. Listening to the crew work and serve its customers sounded like music. Theyworked well together, obviously enjoying their jobs and each other. Great, fast breakfast. I love those biscuits! The chicken is pleasantly spicy without being TOO spicy. Also "bo-tatos" are... awesome - like a cross between hash browns and hush puppies. Read more
Wow! What a great experience I had eating here! The young guy at the cash register was very nice as I took a little time to... decide what I was going to eat. Then as I got my food I saw another guy with a couple of the bo biscuits for someone else. I hadnever had one of those but always thought they would be good to try but hadn't ordered one that day either. I had a conversationwith him and told him they had looked so good and I hoped to try one someday. He just turned around and got one for me anddrizzled lots of icing on one and gave it to me and said I had to have one. No charge just a chance to have one. I wasn'texpecting that at all but thanked him and did enjoy it along with the chicken and mac and cheese and all that I had. I was fullfor sure and the food was very good. I took some of the chicken with me and had it a while later on my drive. The bo biscuit wasvery good. That is what service should be. Not getting things for free, though that was nice, just going the extra mile to makea customer happy. Read more
Could work on the quality of service some, and all of the food being ordered coming out together, but overall I love this place!
