Ordered food 11/27/22 didn't relize I was missing all of my side's until i got home 30min away I called and talked to Manager... john scott he said i could come in and pick it up.. I let him know i was to far to come right back he told me to put his name onback of receipt and bring it in next time..went back today 12/4/22 and placed a new order asked for my extras that were left outfrom last order or a discount ..the manager that is on shift today at this very moment was extremely rude and said "no one isgetting anything for free" and refused.. I just wanted what i paid for... John scott seemed to want to make it right but themanager on shift today is just plain nasty she had no name tag and walked off to back ..she left a new employee in front to handus the food and send us on our way..WITHOUT my extra food from original order. My overall experience was excellent. Their hospitality,courtesy, and service were by far the best I've experienced. My fish... dinner was hot, fresh, and delicious. Thanks to the manager down to her subordinates. Read more

I tried the ultimate seafood platter with spicy fish and I was really disappoint. Does not look like advertised. It was a... single piece of fish cut in half and it looked like fish sticks you buy from the frozen section at the store. Very disappointand won't be back because it isn't worth the amount of money you spend to eat there. Read more
So i waited over 30 mins in drive thru.. which ok fine I don't really mind the wait.. but inside was not busy, 2 ppl in the... front. Almost felt like the lady who took my order and payment went back in the kitchen to cook my food. It was so hot that thetogo was melted. When I opened my togo box.. WHY would you give me a jacked up stuffed crab.. the shell was broken all over myfood. I had to pick through my food to get it out.. well clearly I didn't do a great job because I crunched into one which cutmy gums. Really ruined my meal and I didn't finish eating. I was sharing with my 2 year so didn't want to chance him Crunchinginto crab shell.. I would have called and complained but the 2 employees there didn't look like they would have really cared.. It was a hot evening in the city of North Augusta. My wife, whom has been a fan of this establishment for quite some time,... decided after a long halt from fast food, decided that she was in the mood for some crispy shrimp and fish from this fine diningestablishment. So being the nice outstanding husband I am, buckled up and trucked down Georgia avenue to acquire such. Sadly tomy demise I wasn't able to please her needs for I forgot the one rule of fast-food. Check the bag before you drive away.Honestly I was wrong for coming late and I knew they had other customers to attend to so I didn't do the fast food ritual untilI got home. To my demise and my saddened wife's heart, about 30 minutes ago, they didn't put the shrimp in the combo order, andI've been trying to call for the last 15 minutes and they keep answering and hanging up the phone. It saddens me that they don'thave the pride to take the time to right their wrong doings. I don't want free food, or a refund of the sorts. Simply the onlyneed I had really left for was my wife's crispy shrimp. That we didn't get. And that's okay. One day she'll have her Captain D's# 8 shrimp and fish combo, correct, and full of Crispy Shrimp. Read more
