I despise leaving a one star review, but this has to be said if corporate wants to save this location from closing down. This... review is going to be thorough, mixed and honest. My husband decided to go by this Checkers because it's convenient to ourlocation. Big mistake. Management needs to get a grip on training employees for great customer service. Otherwise, it'll closedown. We wanted to try the 4 for a little over $5 meal special. The fries were great, and the burgers were good. The chickenbites were a little tough. The price for the meal... Good. That's the only compliment to this review. The employee at thedrive-thru was Danye.... According to the receipt. I will edit this review if I have the name wrong. I will also be completingthat online review offered on the back of that receipt. My husband asked for honey mustard at the window when he received hisfood and drinks. The employee snapped at him that, "They're in the bag!" He said that she was rude about it, actedoffended. Guess what? He brought the food home and NO sauces in the bag. There was never a need to not check the bag beforeproclaiming they were already in it. And there's absolutely no excuse for not being a courteous employee. Customers provideemployee's paychecks... I'm in the customer service field. I have been trained well. Employees: be kind and courteous! Myhusband refuses to this location again. We'll drive further to get better service. And please, put the sauces in the bag.Better yet, double check if the customer asks you for sauce. Corporate, please take steps to save this location. Read more

Intentionally Fraudulent Misrepresentation by this franchise owner. It is one thing to run out of an item, that happens.... However, you just fraudulently charged me money for a milkshake, surrounded by signs that say we have milkshakes available butfind out that this location hasn't served milkshakes in over a year. (Now I have to contact corporate for a refund) That morethan fits the requirements for false advertising and misrepresentation, due to the fact that you intentionally mislead andfraudulently charged for a product that you have zero intention of carrying. Great way to get sued. How hard is it to take signsdown or cover them? If corporate instructed you to keep them up that just makes it even worse (legally speaking). Read more

Would of been five stars, but they were out of chicken bites. Other then that food was great. Fries were hot and Tea was was... sweet. Read more

When there today had 3 of the 5 dollars meal had 50% off they guy at the window only took a dollar off my meal. Then I had 3... chicken bites ask for sauce and he wanted me to pay almost 2 dollars for some which when u hey bites u supposed to get sauceand he gonna say he was the manager but said he ant know about getting sauce on top of him begin on the phone Read more

Went to the drive thru and was told by an employee that they are in the middle of a shift change and it would be 20 to 25... minutes. I drove off. Bad managerial skills shift changes should run smooth without any interruptions or delays of servingcustomers. Guess that not every fast food place can be Chick-Fil-A. Read more

Went there late last night 6/24/22.... Very surprised worst experience. Been going there on and off because it is a bit and a... miss work the attitudes.
