Two lanes were opened but just when I pull up, they ignored my lane... Yes, I took it personally. They took the order of the... person in front of me. I heard the young lady key the mic, just to talk to some other employee and I was like, "Hello, I wasnext." They continued to take orders from the next lane. I finally went inside and heard that same voice from a manager with aheadset on... Hmmm... Then the young lady at the register, tried to hand me a shake without a lid. I asked about the lid, thenshe walked from behind the counter, to look for a lid. Then, she ended up behind the counter again, where she found a lid. I getto the door and realized, she didn't include my fries with the meal. She asked me, "Was it a medium or large fries?" I told her,"Whatever comes with the meal." ???? 40 years ago,, McDonald's would put you through extensive training... You would havethought, you were in the military. What happened?! Read more

This McDonald?s really deserves negative stars. The service was horrible. They messed up every single customers order the entire... time we dined in. We ordered quarter pounder with cheese with toppings and they both came out with a pea size amount of ketchupand that was It. Only one drink machine was working and they were out of multiple options. When you?d as for help the employeeswould just stare at you and walk away. The restrooms were so bad we had to walk next door to use one. Not one employee had on ahair net or hat. Someone needs to do an inspection of this place. Read more
Went here to just get a slushie. Went through the drive through. Place was not busy at all. Pulled up to the window and asked to... pull up to wait which was strange because there was no one behind me. Waited about 10 minutes. Someone eventually pulled in thewindow behind me and along with his order looked like he got a slushie. When they finally walked mine out to me the cup wasn'teven full. Included a picture. Read more
I've never seen fast food restaurants serve their community like this McDonald's. The staff is 5 star excellent and if I had... money to give to this staff to help them in return, my bet is on these amazing professionals. I'm a door dash driver and theservice is impeccable!! **3 STARS ** I was at this McDonald's for almost twenty minutes and a lady was pulled up in the drive thru my entire visit! When... I was walking out a customer was telling her that the manager said to tell her that they were working on her order (that'sunprofessional). I went inside ordered a sweet tea and sausage biscuit. Sausage biscuit was perfect, tea was bitter (grrrrrr).Store appeared clean and maintained. This location didn't appear understaffed definitely didn't have their ace in their places!! Read more
The host was very good considering she had to preform multiple positions due to obvious short staffing. One additional worker... would have made a great difference. Two additional worker and positive worker incentives... they would have earned my 5?s. Thesurrounding area looks questionable. However, with the proper staffing with that great southern hospitality customer service,this location can be 'the spot' to enjoy. Cute little outdoor area. MANAGEMENT TAKE NOTICE ????!
