Only been here a few times, drive by it regularly. It appears to be busy most of the time. That said, a lot of these comments... I'm reading are old. Keep in mind the people most of you are interacting with are just there to do a job and faulty equipment orlack of training is not always the person's fault that your interacting with....most of the time the problem comes from higherups/management and the people at the window or register is the face/taking the brunt of it. Now I understand that's not alwaysthe case and many of these reviews have legit claims and make valid points.... but no one rarely sends positive feedback, justnegative ones....... get a part time job if you have the time and see what they go threw on a daily basis Read more
The service at this location gets worse with every visit. It's bad enough to get the order wrong, but when the experience also... includes zero greetings, a cashier that only repeats the order, another person who doesn't say a single word while handing youyour food, and even having to remind them of items that you're still missing, why spend your money there. Drive thru order. Was told to pull forward and wait. Been 20 mins and no one showed up with the order. Had to go inside and... found that order was sitting there for 10 mins. They forgot to bring it to window. Whats the point of having a drive thru if youforget and we have to collect it inside? Read more

The cashier mistakenly rang me up for items that were different (and more expensive) than what I had ordered. Sam made sure that... 1) I knew that I had been charged for the wrong items 2) Made sure that I received the correct order and refunded the differencein price. Asked for a big Mac no bun they gave me only one piece of cheese and the container was smeared with mac sauce. Just disgusting.... Total disregard for the customer. The young girl at the pick up window wasn't very nice either and didn't confirm my orderbefore handing me my bag all I got was a "here" while I wasn't looking.
