Horrible customer service I wait for over 30 mins only to get the wrong order over cooked chicken and dry dirty rice .I called... in and spoke to a manager in which he said my food would be replaced,when I arrived the following week I was meet a rude overweight manager by the name of Lupa that claimed she doesn't know any male manager. 2 Sundays in a row getting to & driving through the drive-thru near 9:40 PM, they claim they are closed. Yesterday arrived at... about 9:41PM only to be told it was closed, though the door says closing time is 10:00 PM. So, I went to Baba's which was openand happy to get the business and Baba's was cheaper. Popeye's lost busine$$ as I am sure they had left-over stuff remainingthat maybe the employees take home. My wife got violently ill after eating this chicken from this particular restaurant. Either the chicken or the coal slaw was... bad. Within a 1/2 an hour after eating it she was violently ill for 8 hours. Called customer service 3 × told someone wouldcall us. no one ever responded they never even answer their phone at this restaurant, It's always off the hook. After being aregular at popeye's for quite some time, We will never go back particularly for the lack of response from customer service .whata joke. She didn't feel like eating for about 5 or 6 days. I went to check out the hype after work. And I waited in line for about 5-10 mins just to order through the drive-through and... once I ordered 4 chicken sandwiches I was told it was another 20-25 min wait. It was probably less than that, but I finally getto the window to pay and it?s about $15 and then I realize when he?s about to give me my drinks that I paid for the wrong order.???????? so then the girl who probably took my order asked me what I ordered and said 3 chicken sandwiches and a spicy ????chicken sandwich ???? so I finally get my food and on my way I go. ???? anyways I just ate one and yea they were good.
