Came here Sunday 11/27//22 at about 2:30pm. Pull in the drive thru lane. Was told to wait and someone would be with me... shortly. 7mins later they was ready to take my order. I said I want the 1/2 lb roast beef meal large size with coke. Theorder taker said do you want the sandwich? I said no, the meal. Then I heard a loud llong sigh from her. I then said if I'mthat big of an inconvenience, fu*k it I dont want anything and drove off. I don't think the customers should feel likethey are bothering the workers but I definitely felt like that here. Read more

3rd time I ordered take out same routine. I am educated, well spoken, respectful, courteous, and I have good hygiene. I can care... less about the smile but cashiers greet everyone with a smile, hello "how can I help u" a happy or indifference attitude, and athank you have a nice day ending. Soon I walk up cashier talks to co workers, I wait for the hello or can I help u, instead Iget stared at. I place my order, once my orders ready cashier walks away by this time I'm the only customer in the room. I saidexcuse me is that my order cashier replies I'm waiting for your other items in a nasty way. I would then reply I only ordered 1sandwich, cashier then grabs my sandwich place it in the bag throws it on the counter then walk away. I could care less If aperson has different hair, skin, eyes, and accent than me. I judge individuals by the experience I have with them. Racism isignorant and some of those cashiers are racist and it's not good for business. Unfortunately those racist cashiers are gonna seepeople that don't look like them everyday they come to work. I stopped at this Arby's last night and was pleasantly surprised at by the freshness and high quality of my food and... milkshake. This rarely ever happens anytime I eat at an Arby's. They weren't very busy at all and my 1/2 pound Roast Beefsandwich was hot and thinly sliced, the Curly Fries we're hot, fresh and perfectly prepared. My milkshake was even better thanusual and didn't have a bad aftertaste...like they usually do at most other Arby's. I will definitely stop there again becauseI appreciate getting what I paid for. Alright place, they don?t do the happy hour now per the person at drive through. Service was otherwise alright
Very Looonnnggg Wait & there were only 2 people working everything & there were kinda busy...just to get Nasty Cold Old Oil Old... Fries. They were so nasty my puppy wouldn't even eat them. Needless to say, I pulled back in & took them right back. Read more
24 hours also like Loves, in the morning service is fantastic. The cashier Ren is so kind, understanding and helpful. A++ The... lobby has two tvs playing, maybe in need of a sweep. The food was ok, ordered both lunch and breakfast. All good, though thefries weren't as fresh as we'd hoped. The rest def made fresh, thank you! Read more
Sandwich was cold (French dip) was COLD. Ajus was so diluted it had no taste and the fries were way to done!!!! I can't believe... the Manger served this food. Arby's reached out to me with a website that didn't work. I e mailed them and no response. Guessthey really don't care ???? Read more
