Coffee and donut was good and within reasonable timing, but Terrible customer service.

Like many other Tim Hortons, this restaurant is clean, well stocked and friendly staff. I do like Tim Hortons coffee.
Terrible! That?s all I have to say! They are worst than McDonalds. They have no strawberry cream cheese and there fog machine is... always broken. There suppose to be a fast food restaurant and they take forever and they are always lacking product. Like therea Sobeys right there. BUY THE PRODUCT THERE THEY ARE SO LAZY! This is the only place that I know of that does not give you napkins in the drive thru.. I should not have to ask and I know for... a fact it is in your training videos, staff consistently talk in different language at the counter, this is the only place thathas this happening. To be honest I rather go to McDonalds at this point since there's one near me now. Read more
