The incompetence at this store is astonishing. It is a coin flip to see if they get the order correct everytime. How hard is it... to check the order before packing it. The store forgets to put a full Big Mac in the order and expects the customer to use theirtime and gas to go back to get it. Billion dollar company, pay for your mistakes and send the food. Not even an simple apologyfrom the manager. "This is our policy". Get it together. Read more

drive through staff very rude and said we could not place the orders we wanted to because of their ?peak? hours. but there was... maybe 2 cars behind us. overall very rude and poor customer service. the manager told us we were not polite when in reality wewere just asking questions to place multi orders as we have done before and manager had a severe lack of patience. You typically know what you're going to get at McDonald's in terms of menu, a facilities. Service can vary. Yesterday I stopped... by to try to catch a quick meal on a long drive. I ordered a combo and it took 16 minutes from the time I ordered my food untilit was delivered. The night before I had eaten at a sit-down restaurant for dinner and got my food faster. So much for keepingthings quick. Read more

They messed up my first order so i made a second order with special instructions only for it to be wrong again. When i called... the store to complain the first time they sent me to voicemail after ringing three times, after i called a second time theypicked up right away and started smashing on the buttons. After calling a third time and me saying "are we really going to dothis" while they smash more buttons on the phone somone finally spoke with me and was no help sadly. This situation wasextermely unprofessional and frustrating, the person who own this store needs to do some serious cleaning up on the staff. Was traveling and stopped for a quick bite, ordered drive through. Was asked to pull ahead and park and someone would bring it... out. Watched about 20 vehicles pull up and get served before us. Asked one of the staff members that was outside deliveringfood if they could check on our order. 15 mins later we went inside to ask if our order was ready and was treated poorly. Theyhad forgot to make it. Food was slapped together and thrown in the bag also we were missing things from our order. 45minswait. No receipt. No thank you! Read more

Was very slow, was told to pull ahead and someone would be out with my latte shortly. Watched 9 cars go through i 24 mins before... they came out. Sent some poor young girl to deliver it. I know it's not her fault. Management needs to do better to keep thingsflowing. I recommend avoiding this restaurant until they figure out how to manage it properly. Read more

For a mcdonalds the food is pretty consistent but eventho it says lunch is suppose start at 11 you won't get served it untill... 11:20. Unlike most that start the switch ten minutes to 11 they dont, so keep that in mind if you have plans Read more
