The sever who took our order, which was only a single meal. Continuously claimed he couldn't hear us over the sound of the... vehicle. My car is a bit loud but nothing compared to those souped up cars or the huge diesel trucks. Its was more because hekept cutting us off when we tried to place the order, and twice I attempted to suggest pulling up to the window. But I don'tthink he heard me as he was talking over me and the car lol. Eventually he asked for us to turn off the vehicle. I canunderstand if a vehicle is too loud, but I can't understand the reason for the rudeness. Oh well, just one person doesn'treflect on the entire restaurant. Read more

McDonald's needs to learn when somebody says could I have a heated muffin with butter kindly give us butter that's not frozen... like a rock and keep them up until you can actually feel that it's warm Read more

50 minutes of waiting on a small order. Employees barely moving around or doing anything. Talking a lot. I refrain from... reviewing places unless they're especially great, or terrible. Don't come here until they fix their issues with time managementand employee training. Read more

Absolutely horrible, no reason a Mobile order made ahead of time should take 20 minutes. It's anything but fast food or quality... service. I shouldn't see multiple orders placed after mine go out before mine. Make orders in the order they are recieved. Read more

Worst McDonald's I have ever been to. I placed my order at 7:43pm when there was no one inside and no one waiting in front of... me. I didn't get my order until 8:01pm. The order was 2 happy meals, a double cheeseburger combo and a bunless habanerochicken. How that takes half an hour with no one else to serve ahead of me, I don't know. The customer behind me was the firstto ask what was taking so long. When she asked me how long I was waiting, that was the first time I spoke up about the wait (asI do not like to complain). Yet the best part is that none of the staff cared at all about their lack of customer service, noapology, nothing....and the manager was right there and heard the complaints. This location is a real disgrace to all the otherwonderful service given at so many other McDonald's locations. BDM or executive team really needs to get involved and train thislocation's team to live up to the McDonald's quality of service. Very disappointing... Read more

They need too get this place in order . Was very dirty. Tables tops and chairs not clean , garbage bin inside the store was... over flowing . Napkins on the floor . Exit door full of finger prints hasn't been clean in days. Thou the food was good. Frieswere cold. I understand now why play area for kids was close , wouldnt let my granddaughter go in their even if it was open. Read more

I just think that the staff that prepare the food could try to do better with assembling the burgers. I don't like being... negative but I have ordered double burger, got a single in a double box. I do enjoy a great big Mac and a fry, but when you openthe box and it looks like the burger was thrown in the box and you need to figure out how to eat it or assemble it yourself,it's not a great feeling! I know it can be better cause I've experienced it and seen it. Please take my feedback and do what youdo best, make it better!!! ???? Read more
