Very swift service! I come here for lunch at times and it's always busy, but the line moves quick because all staff seem to work... together effectively. The sandwiches are always hot and fresh. The veggies always look fresh. The Meatless meatballs are prettygreat! Read more
Enjoyed my Buffalo Chicken Sub, but I didn't leave with a good feeling about it. Why? I went to use the washroom and I honestly... didn't want to touch a thing. To call that washroom dirty is an understatement. Ultimately, I didn't even make it home toSudbury before I ended up vomiting that sub all over the side of HWY 17. Thanks for the food poisoning! Very unsanitary. She was touching all the other handles and an ipad whilst making the subs. Did not change her gloves after... touching things. She worked on online orders before her customers in the store. Only one employee on site. Very unsatisfactorywont be going again. Read more
This place has employees that really put in their all to make sure you're served as soon as possible. The staff in the mornings... are so friendly--and have my order ready as soon as I get to the counter! I definitely recommend coming here and enjoying adelicious fresh sub and some hot coffee. We have been in here twice on visits to North Bay and yes the subs are nice and seem fresh. However, the service is beyond bad.... The owners/operators don't understand what a smile is or a thank you. They are so busy trying to get you to buy more or biggerthat they forget. Oh and the coffee is disgusting. The bread's nice and soft, veggies seems fresh and counters are spotless. Staff is nice but SLOW. We were the only ones ordering... and it took over 10 mins for 2 ppl to make 2 subs. Worst part: I ordered one of their available soups of the day. They went tothe back, came back with a cream cheese container, put it through the microwave twice and voila! Read more
