Came here starving after arriving from New Brunswick to seasonal camp. I ordered a 12" meatless meatballs sub and the lady... working notified me that it would take a bit longer to make. I agreed and she prepared my sub exactly how I ordered. I am gladI waited, it was delicious sub made way better thanks to genuine customer service and manners. Great service. Subs are good. It's inside a Lucky 13 so you can get other munchies too. They also have delivery.
Not sure whats going on but lately the customer service at that location is really failing or just very rude. Went to grab a few... things seeing its a lucky 13 and grab dinner. We waited to place our orders, they have metal covers over the counters and theyjust throw them to the floor? We placed our orders was getting three foot long subs, two subs we normally get toasted but wastold very rudely the Mr Sub area was CLOSED??? I looked online before coming, shows Open to 10pm? How did we place orders if itwas close? So we couldn't get our subs toasted like normal. There was NO SIGNS to indicate they were closed, nothing in thewindow, nothing but a "place your order here" sign. We have been going to this lucky 13/sub place for years and I always end uptip a lot. We are regulars but that's going to change I think. Read more
Best subs in town their buns are so fresh people are so nice and friendly I highly recomend this restaurant

The tomatoes were shriveled up and there were black spots on them. The lettuce was brown. Walked out while the sub was being... made, because I didn't feel safe eating from there. When I questioned the black tomatoes, I was told it was because of themachine they use. Which makes no sense to me. Read more
Delicious
Easily the worst experience I?ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. I was the only one in the building and it took over 25... minutes to get my food. Not only did they make me the wrong sub after multiple attempts to correct them, they failed to addcheese or toast my sub as well after asking several times. I then proceeded to be overcharged for a sub that went straight inthe garbage. Not usually the type of person to complain about these types of things, but this was absolutely mind blowing. Read more
