We were just passing through the town and stopped by for lunch. The staff was very friendly and the food was great. They ran out... of soup for the day, unfortunately but the sandwich and the wrap was tasty. I got the chicken Cesar wrap which was a bit dry,but the tuna sandwich and the Wham-Bam-Thank-You-Ham didn't just have a phenomenal name, but it was also my favourite thing thatI tried from the cafe. I recommend this place to anyone who likes decent coffee and great staff and food. Read more
This is a little gem on the main street in downtown North Bay. We had a wonderful lunch with homemade food and generous... portions. The soup special was Carrot Currey which was wonderful. It came as a side with my sandwich (fresh made in-housebread) and also with my wife's salad. The butter tarts are the same way my grandmother made them - delicious! Read more

Great spot for lunch any day, but particularly on a cold rainy day! Garbanzo bean and chorizo soup with a salad was excellent. ... Followed by a treat from the bakery case. Next time I?m in North Bay I will be back at the Opera Bakery Cafe Read more
