Over charged us by $100 for our sons birthday party order. It was obviously their mistake and instead of simply fixing it they... were rude and blamed us. Manager did not respond to our issue. Overall horrible experience and we will not be going back and donot recommend this place to anyone. We have contacted Pizza Hut corporate and maybe they will respond. Read more
Do not order from this location. They do not give proper portions for pizza hut products. The pasta containers are half filled... (reference, I've ordered this dish over a dozen times at different pizza hut locations in Ontario) and the pizza has whatappears to be about half the toppings, sauce and cheese it's supposed to. It honestly looks like a deliberate attempt by theperson running this location to save money by nickle and diming. Clearly something is going on. Read more
Worst pizza hut I have tried. Could be because I ordered pizza of the day. The owner looked annoyed that I was getting a deal.... Usually you get a choice as to which type you would like (deep dish which I wanted). Instead I got the cheapest pizza withbarely any toppings. Won't be going there again... Read more
If I could give pizza hut on McKeown negative stars, I would. Over an hour and 15 minutes goes by. And we still didn't have our... pizza. When I called the man rudly yelled at me saying " well it's already been delivered " ... ( it was delivered to a housedown lakeshore???????) ( I am no where near lakeshore) Then he tells me it's in the oven.( which is it)... it will be here soonhe says Another 45 mins goes by. I call back and ask for a refund because clearly my pizza is not on its way. This guy tells meI have to speak with the manager who is not.on duty. I call the next day and they same guy starts yelling at me again. I havenow paid $40 and didn't get my food or my refund. He told me he would refund it. And never did I'm tired of arguing with thisignorant guy on the phone. We love pizza hut but I will NEVER order from this one ever again! Worst customer service I have everhad. Read more
The cheesy bread sticks with cheese on top and the sauce it comes with is my favorite item on the menu. ???? The pizza is great... too but I cannot get over how delicious these are. Lol. Read more
I ordered a pizza and the pizza hut website prompted me to enter a code for a deal. The deal was properly applied and I received... a confirmation email with the price. When I arrived to pick up my order the cashier listed a price double what the confirmationsuggested. She then called who I imagine was the location manager followed by the franchisee owner. Both of who declined tohonour the price the pizza hut system provided. I was given no option to provide a complaint which I think is quitetelling. I've never had this issue at any other pizza hut so I will be complaining to pizza hut corporate. I doubt I will orderwith pizza hut again based on this interaction. It's a shame that a location manager and franchise owner do not think it theirduty to respect set prices nor honour the corporate brand they represent. Read more
If you don?t like any toppings this is your place. I?ve ordered from here 3 times now and never again. This location has a very... friendly staff. But ingredients on the pizza are very few and far between (literally) even when you order something like apepperoni lovers. You pay extra but get less than a regular made pepperoni pizza minus the extra pepperoni, hardly any sauce andnot enough cheese to cover the entire pizza. Read more
My experience was terrible. Starting off the bathrooms were uncapped and disgusting. The seating arrangements were dirty and... looked like they haven?t been cleaned in a while. Definitely don?t recommend going there. Read more
