This is a tricky review. I?ll start by saying I really like the pizza they serve. But this location is not without its... faults. I?ve ordered from this place about 10 times since moving to North Bay last year. My order is usually the same, but I docustomize my order a lot with 5+ modifications. I don?t ever do delivery, because I live close by and I think you?re just askingfor a disappointment with delivery. I drive there just before the estimated time of completion, pay, and take it home. Apartfrom two separate occasions where the pizza was a little underwhelming, I?ve been really, really happy with my order. Thequality is excellent, the order is accurate, and the service is great. Now the low ratings I can somewhat understand. Thefoyer is not very clean, and generally the seating area isn?t very inviting. The waiting area is quite awkward and there couldbe more signs to help direct customers and delivery drivers. The vagrants who hang out are commonplace in the community, but itcertainly isn?t very welcoming when they invite themselves into the restaurant as unpaying guests. But apart from calling thepolice, I?m not sure the staff themselves should do a whole lot. I wouldn?t put myself in harms way, so I don?t expect themto. The foyer, windows, floor and FOH area could really use a thorough cleaning. It?s not dirty per se, I just don?t think itwould pass any sort of corporate review. I?ve seen worse. I?ve seen better. The staff are kind and let?s face it, it?s largelya thankless job. My experience has been that they make good pizza and I?ll likely be back again soon. EDIT: I've come back tothis review and changed it from 4 stars to 5 stars. Since leaving my review, the lobby/foyer has gotten much cleaner, thewaiting area got a fresh paint job and is much nicer, and the staff have been very proactive about ensuring that the seatingareas are available for paying customers. Update*. After reaching out to the Pizza Feedback team and providing the comprehensive details of my experience I have refused... an inflexible $10 credit. Will not be returning. This store does not provide the consistent quality as Pizza Pizza's in othercities. I placed an order and arrived for pick-up 18 minutes later. As I was entering the store, I recieved a call from a PizzaPizza employee stating that several options were not available for the order we placed(pizza toppings and a side). I cancelledmy initial order to order in store hoping to get a better idea of available options. After entering the store and standing atthe counter for several minutes, neither of the two male employees greeted us, or provided an opportunity to reorder our food. Read more
I was visiting North Bay. and generally order only Pizza Pizza when outside. it was on July 31st. We asked guy at counter do you... have any deals on large pizza with one topping. Look like he do not have clue what I am asking. He said there is no such dealfor one topping large pizza. He give me deal with Large pizza 3 topping and 3 drinks for 14.99 without telling me. I ordered onetopping only as I asked for one topping deal. Then I look at the flyer there and asked him, (by pointing at the deal) did yougive me this deal, he said yes. Now I want to add more toppings but it surprise me when he said cheese is one topping and Icannot have pineapple as a topping with this deal. He never offer me drinks until I asked for. We got pizza that was notstretched well, crust was not good. From my cooking experience at pizza it looks like dough was out for long time and overproofed. I do not want to spoil my vacation so I did not say a word, we eat what ever they give and leave the place. While weeating, I see a pick up guy getting frustrated at the staff because he was picking pizza and staff start talking on the phonewhile delivering his order. and a cyclist was at the counter looking for someone s attention to order pizza but no one come toattend him. We stood at the counter for nearly 10 mins waiting to place our order. It was a bit busy and we could hear orders also coming in... electronically, which made us realize that we would be waiting a very long time just for the finished product. But we were OKwith waiting. My son has ASD and has very few foods he will eat and he loved Pizza Pizza. It's worth waiting for. And weunderstand that there are worker shortages all over. But what we don't get is waiting at a counter for so long and not evenbeing acknowledged. Having someone look over to us, and say, I'm sorry, we will get to you in a moment. Or find some way toacknowledge my presence. Instead, I was made to feel like a burden so I took my business to Dominoes. They were closing in 13mins and had only 2 guys working but they brought us 2 tasty pizzas quickly. Lesson learned, we will go there in the future. Read more
I am a regular visit to pizza pizza as there window cleaner. One time I noticed one of the employees letting a couple in to stay... warm in a bad day outside in the cold here in north bay . I always thought that was a nice thing , so pizza pizza can't be thatbad for hiring her... also great food. Read more
I changed my rating from 1 star to 5. Beautifully made pizza. Amazing presentation by the young lady working today, very kind... and made sure I know what she was doing as she place order, need more workers like herto help this place make its come back. First time here and the workers were warm and welcoming. Ordered a large 3 topping pizza and dips. Pizza was fresh and had... plenty of flavour! I really appreciate the menu variety! My husband and I love their chicken wings and order 20 fairly often. We used to get 2 blue cheese dips included and they have... changed it to 1. You get 1 with 10 wings and now it is only 1 with 20??? In our order tonight we only received 5 flats and 15drums, come on!!! I want to continue to order from you guys but are making it more difficult and the $1.00 debit service fee youshould absorb this cost as the price of doing business.
