If you have the option to go anywhere else, just do it. The portion sizes are terrible (especially the burrito bowls which are... significantly underfilled), the spicy chicken is watery, the ingredients dont seem to be fresh, and the prices are simply notworth what you get. Staff are under training and food is good. Though if something is supposed to be billed for but it was an omitted offer one... shouldn't guilt a customer giving them what should have been offered to begin with. Also please make sure to read up on the headoffice promotions before declining points cards. I'm editing this review on November 25th. I was just served for plates in forvery dirty dishes. I will be contacting the health unit regarding this as this is absolutely unacceptable. I study withallergies I expect that restaurants clean the dishes before serving their customers. Have a friend with worse allergies and hasshe eaten here today she'd likely be in the hospital. I would advise anybody before eating anything that's ever serve here tomake sure that the staff wash their hands. I'd make sure that you inspect the dish before they place your food in it. I love mexican food and every bite at quesada reminded me why I love it!!! Great cozy place. Definitely suggest for groups to... hang out. Cool staff who are swift with putting together the tacos and burritos. The spicy chicken is the best!! Not to mentionthe neatly maintained washrooms here. Read more
Food is always good and staff is always very friendly but this is the second burrito that I have purchased that is only 6inches... long. Today I asked for their largest (big ass-which btw is kind of uncomfortable to say which is why I asked for the largest)burrito which according to their signs inside should be what like 14 inches? And mine is only 6. Last time I ordered a large andagain it was only 6 inches which is half the size of a 12 inch large. And when checking out they only charged me for a large,$10.16. What is the point of ordering a large or a big ass burrito and paying the extra difference when you're only going to geta burrito that is even smaller than their 10 inch regular size. When they have it, it's delicious! But they often are out of products they advertise, like saucy chipotle tofu.
