I just went to the Starbucks in North Bay and had the rudest partner ever!!!! Her name was Jordy, and she was so unprofessional.... I asked for a pineapple refresher and she said they don't make those here (i've ordered this drink multiple times). I have been to this Starbucks in North Bay on October 8,9,10, and 11th 2022. I was very disappointed in this Starbucks on a... whole. There was no greeting upon entry, the washrooms were dirty and the staff were loud ...not professional. As a very regularStarbuck customer I know this is not acceptable. We are from a small town Tillsonburg Ontario where there was a new Starbucksopened in the spring of this year which myself and my husband visit pretty much ever night and let me say that this Starbucks isa 10+. I've been to this location a few times and the experience has never been terrible. Organization is decent and the workers are... typically kind, sometimes offering free samples of products as well. Only major concern is Christmas music in November which Ithink is a bit bothersome in public locations where many individuals choose to sit and work, visit, or enjoy theirday. Additionally, washrooms should be cleaned more as they are surprisingly unpleasant quite often. Read more
