Placed two orders in one evening through skip-the-dishes, both were wrong. First order was just straight up someone else's... order, not at all what we ordered;, second one, the sub was correct, but they forgot the cookie. Again. Super disappointed. Thewhole job is to get the order right! Read more
Absolutely disgusting since the new ownership! They water down everything, the soup is watered down, the tuna you usually get... with an ice cream scoop on your sub is served with a ladle it's so gross and watery, this way they cut the costs down and thecustomer service has taken a dump! Youre going to argue about a customer wanting more than 6 slices of cucumber on a VEGGIE sub.Come on now??!!I'll never go back and suggest people save their money! Read more

Parked my truck after a long hard day and went in to grab something to eat !!! The worker was helping a couple so I ran for the... toilet and then returned to a locked door and yup she was STILL making the couples order. Went next door to Timmies had verypolite service... I've had food poisoning here twice. It's right close to where I work, so it's convenient, but last time I went the people behind... the counter were all going over an order on a cell phone that was resting where the food is prepped. What's the point of wearingplastic gloves if you're handling a cell phone while wearing them? Read more
