First time trying and not happy at all. We didn't get the pop or salad that we were supposed to get with our order. The butter chicken had the colour and consistency of tomato soup. However the worst part of the whole experience was listening... to the misogynistic owner talk about how women need to be submissive to men, if a man is hungry, his wife should make him foodor he'll find another woman who will, etc. Literally the first time meeting this guy and trying the food and he goes on a hugemisogynistic rant. Only go here if you like horrible butter chicken and support misogyny. Read more
This place does not have let's say the greatest reviews but I still think it's one of the hidden gems of North Bay. The... proprietors made some really good suggestions for ordering which included really excellent chai and butter nan bread. The foodis a mix of Pakistani Indian Chinese and Thai which I am kind of in love with now. I ended up mashing a bunch of differentthings together and it just seemed to work. If you're interested in going on a psychedelic food journey I feel like this placeis the rabbit hole you want. If you want a three phase power plug in the wall behind your seat this is definitely the place yougo. Worst biryani ever. The rice were stale the staff member microwaved the old stock cuz the boneless chicken was cold from inside.... The staff was really unprofessional at first he asked for cash then all the time during order taking was on the phone. Read more
Honest review for the kindest and most honest man : this place is the place to cheerish authentic Pakistani and North Indian... taste buds, we tried veg options for some reasons but, no regrets! We came from GTA and walla! What a gem we discovered, taste,quantity, quality and most importantly, the gesture of the host was beyond excellent... I can totally say that when i cooked for the first time in my life was better than this. I ordered paneer and all i got the... gravy full of water, salt less. I also ordered butter chicken and again all i was testing water with butter. I don’t know howthis restaurant got even 3.5. They should really consider different chef.
