Most of the employees are the kindest, most joyful people working in fast food but this particular Tim Hortons has this one... certain female employee who shocked me by the way she tried to get my attention earlier today. While I was waiting for my drinksto be made, focussing on the opposite side of the restaurant, I hear randomly hear someone yelling ?HELLO, umm HELLO!? So out ofinstinct I turn my head toward the food prep station at this location and there is this middle age woman practically screamingat me, not saying ?excuse me, miss? or anything near kindly attempting to get my attention and ask me something, but once I lookat her she rudely asks me ?did you order food or did you not?!? And then I answered her saying, ?umm yes I ordered one bagel..?and she then goes on angrily putting together this bagel like she absolutely hates her job and along with that, hates me forsome absurd reason. I rarely experience treatment like this so it caught me off guard. I used to work in customer service and Iunderstand how frustrating it can be at times but I would never ever speak to a customer the way she spoke to me. And I?m notone to put someone on blast and name drop (even though I do feel as though she should be called out, I?m assuming that wasn?t afirst time outburst she?s had with a customer..) but, I?m hoping it was just a one time thing and maybe she was having a hardday at work today and if that is the case, I do understand. If not, I hope that she can possibly find another place of workwhere maybe she is able to work solo and not having to deal with the public if she?s always miserable like she was to metoday. Anyway, that?s my rant for today! I?m sorry if you?ve read this far, if I just rambled lol. Worse Tim Hortons Ever. So slow, order never right, never have what?s on the board and today the sensor to order was broken so... taking orders at the window. Please someone save this franchise. Went through drive through and tried to order sandwich. Told food was not available. Tried to order a bagel;told that wasn't... available either. I was told that they were short staffed and no one available to toast a bagel. Hardly any customer here...soleft with only coffee. Not a normal experience at any time Hortons for sure. Definitely will NOT return to this location. Read more

This location has seriously gone downhill over the past few years. Lack of staff, lack of supplies, and the few staff that are... there are run off their feet. The focus seems to be on the drive through, and staff doesn't keep an eye on the counter or themobile order printer. Read more

Never have the specialty donut, ice coffee is always warm and it?s expensive compared to McDonald?s and their ice coffee is much... better. Bathroom filthy and should have paper towels for those that prefer to use part as opposed to hand blower blowing germsall over the filthy bathroom. Sink area all wet and dirty. Very disappointing! I love Tim Hortons but hate the Trout Lake location. We've gone there daily for the last 6 years The waits are consistently... long (15-30min drive-thru). The service inside is no better. If you order online you roll the dice. It will either be fast orthey will completely forget about your order and you'll be forced to wait 5-15 minutes while they make it making the app andmobile ordering completely useless. If you order something and they don't have it they'll just subsitute it with a lesser,cheaper, product without telling you until you're at the window and/or already paid. Egg shells in your food, sure why not! All of that being said, the employees seem over worked, under paid, and completely burnt out. However, the last 3 times I'vegone I can't even drink the coffee because it's just coffee grounds (3 consecutive days). Go somewhere else. Avoid the TroutLake Tim Hortons, actually avoid the Tim Hortons locations owned by this owner all together. The bar isn't set very high forTim Hortons but some how this location consistently fails to meet the already low standards. Read more

Terrible customer service today 1-2pm by the larger gentleman who works at the cash register. He grabbed/threw money at my... cousin, was very rushed with the customers then I waited over 20 mins for my Latte, he asked me what I was waiting for and thenturned around and started swearing out loud and mumbling. He then very roughly placed my latte on the counter. Maybe he washaving a bad day, I'm not sure, but I've never had any customer service like this ever before at Tims here. I felt very put offby his behavior and attuite towards the other customers. As I sat to enjoy my meal, He yelled at customers and just seemed likehe wasn't in the mood to work. Read more
