Visited NBay in August for a two week course before moving here Sept1. Spent a lot of time doing schoolwork at this location,... and staff are lovely both in storefront and drive thru. Mobile pickup orders are always done quickly, though drive-thru cansometimes take awhile because of the number of vehicles but if episodic&chronic pain makes it hard to get in & out of your car?then it?s worth it for the reduced pain level that day ???? There?s definitely more selection in the baked goods than at the twoTim?s I worked at down south so that?s cool! Parking lot can be kinda wild because of the no frills etc but just gotta bepatient and aware of other folks movin around. I?m 50/50 with this location. They get my orders wrong often or not made the best. A lot of the times lids are too loose which... isn?t good when in the car. They mess up my ice Capps and bagels a decent amount of the time. Like I said 50/50 because somedays they are awesome and others they aren?t. Overall, this location is quite good. The service is reasonably fast, the staff are friendly and what I like about all the... Timmie's locations is that they have big windows, making it bright and inviting to go inside. My one constructive criticism isthat periodically they're out of product that's listed on the menu. This is the most unorganized Tim hortons I?ve ever been to. I?ve personally worked in a Tim Hortons before. I?ve never left a... review anywhere, but I hope someone sees this and decides to get their staff in line. I?ve spent a half hour in the drive thrubefore. Just this morning, I asked for 2 medium drinks. An iced coffee and an iced cap. They slammed the window on me after Iasked for an additional straw because I have sensitive teeth. I waited and they just looked at me. The lid on the ice cap wasn?teven on so i spilled it all over my car, because it was like water- which indicates they didn?t allow the Java mix to sit andfreeze for long enough. I just drove away. It?s just the little things. A smile would be nice from staff at least. I understandeverywhere is short staffed. But man. I can?t get over how rude and unorganized this location is.
