Unfortunately staff is changed so much. I've spent more $ on wrong drinks and meals then I got corrected. Today they give my... meal to someone else and had to make my order over. Coffee is wrong more often the correct. :( Read more
It's okay for in and out quickly but not to sit in. Pretty dirty and washrooms are even worse. ???? not friendly much. Everyone... seems on edge. Definitely looks like hasn't been cleaned in weeks. Read more
Do not go to this Tim Hortons anymore. Many times now, order is wrong, wait times are crazy, 30 min last time to get the wrong... food I no longer had time to eat anyway seeing my whole lunch was used up waiting in line for the wrong food in the end. Read more
I have been to many Tim Hortons. Some with great service, some with atrocious service. For those with bad service I tend to make... a point to not leave a negative review because working in the service industry is not easy. This is the first time I've feltinclined to leave a negative review. I was at this location and tried to order in the drive through. The first person taking myorder said they couldn't hear me and started laughing. A second person then came on also laughing saying they also couldn't hearme. At the moment having a medical condition effecting my voice I was flabbergasted. I actually left rather than bare furtherhumiliation. Never before have I been treated this way at a Tim Hortons and I think this speaks great volumes about thislocation. It's even more disappointing that this treatment seems tied to a medical condition. Read more
