Absolutely disgusting place !!! Food is also terrible ....ordered a sandwich and chicken wrap. Sandwich had frozen tomatoes,... wrap had burnt bacon, over cooked crispy chicken (I'm talking like chewing on cardboard) they also just threw everything on anddidn't wrap it properly!! We've been a couple of times even to just get drinks and the coffee is nasty, they screw up simpleorders all the time!!! Read more
They have strawberry powdered donuts at this location, they're always fresh, not all locations in north bay have them. The staff... here are always friendly and they're quick to get through a big line of customers. Keep up the good work! Read more
This tim Hortons was absolutely mind boggling slow! First when we entered no customers were in the store we went to use the... washroom which the woman washroom had a very stale smell. Then we went to order 3 coffees and 2 donuts, there was a coupleinfront of us who ordered 3 ice caps and 20 timbits it took I kid you not 15 minutes just to make the ice caps let alone theystood there for about 5 minutes before their order was taken then our order was taken and they were still waiting for theirorder to be complete by the time we got our order. It was easily a 30 min detour stop that should have taken no more then 10. This is my favourite Tim's location because they consistently have my favourite soup (Potato bacon) in the colder weather. The... service is also the fastest in town, and is in a convenient location on the highway. The staff are always friendly as well. Read more
I use to work there. I just currently quit from that place. Being behind the counter was horrible, we were not treated proper by... staff or costumers. I worked the afternoon shift and 6 out the 7 days of the week we were left with no back up cold drinks, amess, low to no stock and even no cold cups sometimes. I complained twice about it to the point I wrote a note to the bossexplaining that it was not fair to us or the costumers when we have nothing to sell. Alsoo minimum wage for a fast food place istoo low. We deserve a raise and not some 10 cent raise. At least a minimum of 17 dollars. Another thing as well. Recently in thepast month and a bit we?ve been getting these 2 particular men working for some excavation company. They continued to harass 2under aged girls that work there. I told the boss about them when she was in and she just shrugged. We did not feel safe, orrespected. Also I?m sure many of you got ice coffee that was too hot or had grinds in it. The majority Of the the time we aretold to sell it even when we let the boss know it?s not ready or we shouldn?t sell it. Worst place ever. This review is specifically for the 114 Drury Street location in North Bay. I find this location to be the best location in... North Bay hands down. Their coffee and pastries are always fresh and the staff are pleasant to deal with. Overall I am givingthis place 5 big shiny stars and commend all staff for there consistent hard work. It truly says something when a person willdrive the extra few miles to go to a specific location. :) Read more
