Was a good place to go but not anymore some staff meaning who have been there for a while are sooo nice but now the newer... employees do not pay attention to anything and coffee is not the same always either missing sugar or the cream and never haveproper food on hand very disappointing. Think they need to let some of the new staff go and hire people with brains! Read more
I'm saying goodbye to an old friend. I love the staff here and want to support this business, but most of the time I have to... modify my order because they're out of one thing or another. What I can't get here, I often get at other Timmies. Will theinterac machine work? Will they have wedges? Will they have the bun for my sandwich? Will they have the meat? I'll be giving upthis place for Twiggs or the Timmies on Cassells. A real shame. Like I said... I love the staff. Read more
They are very nice about giving me a tray for my old car. The steeped tea is always good.
Ordered coffee, got coffee. Sometimes coffee tastes funny, sometimes ok. It's Tim's they pay minimum wage, I just want coffee.... Not coffee with cleaning supply taste. Alas, just loop to a different Tim's get new coffee no charge, coffee better but now ithas grinds. Grinds not as bad as cleaner taste. Moved on with my life. Had a coffee. Read more
Staff almost dropped the coffee I ordered in the drive thru because he wasn't even looking at me when he shoved it towards me.... Has happened a few times with different staff. Please teach your employees some basic human decency. Read more

We usually go when it's not busy. That being said, the service is usually quick and friendly (everyone had a bad day now and... then).They are not a full size Tim's so, menue items my not be available at all times. But with multiple other Tim's in thearea, if you really want it you can go to the others. But overall, it's my go to Tim's. Read more
