Every time we've gone into this place the staff act as though you're a nuisance. No smiles, unfriendly, completely annoyed... that they have a customer. They're always out of whatever you want too, those displays are mostly empty. Consistently let down. Read more

This is a very good location--in a busy area, friendly staff & a good place to meet people. My one constructive criticism is... that they occasionally run out of items, even ones that are on a promotion. Running out of the odd thing happens, but if it's abig national promotion, make enough product! Read more

I honestly can't believe the experience I had. It takes them like 5 minute apparently to pour a coffee and get a donut. That's... slow even for north bays laid back lifestyles. However on top of this they see I'm in line and allow a customer to just waltz upwhen there had clearly been a lineup, as there were 5 people behind me. I walked out. I refuse to bring my service to a placethat allows this kind of stuff. The employees there were slow as could be. I am utterly disappointed. I think even a sloth movesfaster on occasion. Read more

We had a horrible experience at this Tim Horton's today, thanks to Karen in drive-thru at 8:50 am. We are not from North Bay and... accidentally drove past the speaker. We were in a very, very long line and we realized our mistake once we passed the speaker, but we stayed in the line, sure that although our order might cause a small inconvenience, it wouldn't be a huge bother. When wegot to the drive-thru window, I apologized and expressed my embarrassment at the fact that we needed to place our order at thewindow. Karen, told us that she would not take our order at the window and that we needed to get back in line to place ourorder, again. The line was extremely long still. Being very upset, we proceeded to go to the next Tim Horton's that was a fewblocks away. I decided to ask the girl at that Timmie's if it was protocol to refuse service at the window. She assured me thatit happens all the time, and if we had missed placing our order at the speaker at her location, she would have absolutely takenour order. After finding this out, I decided to return to the original Timmie's and let the manager know about Karen's terriblecustomer service. We were picking up coffee for my 97 year old grandmother and 92 year old grandfather who live in a nursinghome in Corbeil. We were scheduled to visit them at 9:10 am and this caused us to be extremely late for our visit. We visitNorth Bay a few times a year and I can assure you that we will NEVER visit this particular Tim Hortons again. Although themanager apologized, I don't believe her apology was sincere. A word to the wise, make sure you don't drive past the speakerbecause you're day will be ruined by a Karen. Read more

Not sure when it became acceptable to serve your customers food that is burnt? Good thing you got my coffee right so I could... atleast wash it down with that. Will never go back to this location! And wouldn't suggest you order any thing that is toasted ifyou do go to this location. Read more
