Not very happy with this Dominos clone, hardly any cheese or toping on all 3 pizzas we got . Should of just went to No-frills... and got 3 frozen pizza, If you want this type of pizza just go to Dominos as its far cheaper! Read more

Was very disappointed. Ordered an Extra-Large Thin crust so it could last me a few days + I literally can't eat much crust so... thin crust is my go-to. This was not thin crust, too much dough around the edges too. Toppers used to be my favourite becausethey weren't cheap, you received what you asked and paid for, but this was not worth $40 by any means. If I wanted dough I wouldhave gone to Little Caesars. so very strange that my review is gone. interesting. at any rate...my wife placed an order. I have a food allergy, so we're... always very, very clear on the order. so, when the agent repeated the order, she stated "so, food allergy item on half thepizza, the rest no food item". this isn't what was ordered. the order was none of this particular item, period. but for somereason, on a 2 pizza order, she thought putting this item on half was acceptable. as well, apparently there's no substitutionsanymore. so, if the pizza comes with green olives, but you don't like green olives and would rather have pineapple instead, youcan't. or at least this is what the agent told my wife. no substitutions. period. so, the agent was corrected about the no fooditem at all, not just on half. and she had it explained to her that putting this on half is a bad thing. cross contamination.the girl just couldn't get it apparently. so, the order did get corrected. when we got the pizzas, everything was correct. but,the pizza was cold. not talking warm, or even luke warm from sitting on top of the oven at the edge. cold as in sat on a counternear a door cold. so, I called the customer service line. spoke to an agent whoi simply couldn't care less. attitude andtone...couldn't care. actually said..what do you want? free pizza? not gonna happen. didn't ask for free pizzas, was voicing myconcern over the qaulity, lack of care, etc. she didn't care. spoke to a supervisor. same attitude. asked for a call back fromthe location. haven't gotten one. I don't want anything for free. didn't even ask for replacement pizzas due to the pizzas beingcold. just wanted to let them know. but, they couldn't care less. so, pretty much an all around poor experience. Just keephaving to add...for the price they charge, you'd think the pizza would have cheese. There's more sauce showing than cheese. Read more
Picked this up passing through north bay, pizza was the opposite of my previous experience with toppers in other cities. I... posted a pic, there was legit barely any cheese on alot of it. They forgot the garlic butter crust too which is why I orderedtoppers. The pizza was still edible of course. just very bread and saucy. Staff were super friendly though so I gave stars forthe service. Had some styrofoam plates for us to eat in the car which was great! Read more
The site glitched and I ended up ordering my pizza with half toppings, the cashier had a bad attitude, also cash machine makes... it hard to not tip so I end up tipping 15 percent for a pizza I dont want and bad service. I will not be returning to Topperspizza North bay Read more
