Rude staff. An aggressive man behind the counter before I could even ask if they had a mask told me I couldn?t be in there... without one and he wouldn?t give me one. I did have one back in my car I just forgot it but decided I didn?t want to order fromsomeone as rude as he was and left. Would not go back. The one in coos bay had much nicer people. Read more
Walked in and there wasnt any customers and the male associate was qorking on 3 sandwiches which looked like an online order,... the female went to the back. Not once was I acknowledged and I finally said when you ready to help me let me know and heresponded ok. Then a female customer walked in and he said hello to her and still worked on his 3 sandwiches. The femaleassociate came out and assisted me, she was pleasant! How ever never an apology for the wait! I understand online orders areimportant however not acknowledging a customer who walks into your restaurant is unacceptable! Read more

I get the same 2 sandwiches at North Bend subway only. Order online and always give them plenty of notice, and leave a 2$ tip.... The ones I got today were tye worst Subways I've ever had from a. Subway. 12/1/21 @ 4:40. And no it wasn't busy when I went in.One other lady and being busy shouldn't be an excuse for a terrible sandwich. Subway isn't cheap anymore either. ???? Read more
I placed an order online using the app and the order went through charged my card and actually said the order was ready for pick... up at the Coos Bay Oregon store. I showed up at the store and it was completely closed and dark with handwritten signs on thedoor saying sorry we're closed. That's about as bad as it gets, so not only am I out the money for my sandwich I've beentotally inconvenienced and I don't even know how the heck to get a refund. Pretty bad! The guy there (I really wish I could remember his name) Monday night was amazing! slinging sandwiches and remembering the stuff... they wanted on their sandwich while it was in the toaster and not forgetting it walking the fine line that is focusing on a fastget their sandwich built and get them out while still maintaining a great customer service vibe and engaging in convo. Good place to take a break from long trip. Quality food is good, personal is nice, the place is clean and quite.
