UPDATED! They took away the crispy chicken tacos, we only had them made good one time unfortunately, the second time was so... pitiful. It's really hit and miss here apparently. Original update- I always get great service here and they actually do a goodjob on our orders. The employees are super nice and get orders out quickly. The New crispy chicken soft tacos are the bomb! I arrived at 8:45pm on Friday 6/17/22. I was staying at the Quality in across the same parking lot. Their doors were locked so I... called and was told they had closed the lobby early and they didn't "recommend" using the drive thru, on foot. Then the managerhung up on me. I waited in line and a server greeted me over the intercom but refused to take my order. Manager came on the lineand reinforced that they would not serve me. They would not even meet me at the door. This is disgusting. I can understand beingprofessionally obligated to uphold a rule, but they treated me with blatant disrespect and I hope at least one customer willread this and choose not to dine here. That said ...
