We like lamb gyro sandwiched, curly fries, beef and cheddar sandwiches, nut bread turkey sandwiches, drinks. Chase is our... favorite attendant. Employee shortages cause 5pm closures and oprnnll. part time on weekends. I like the food but not the shorthours . Read more

I went there today at 1:30. Drive-through menu was lit but when I did not get an acknowledgement through the speaker I guessed... (correctly) that the place was closed! At 1:30! On Saturday! It would be helpful if they would post "closed" signs that arevisible from the street. This Arbys appears to suffer from extreme staff shortage. Read more

I used to love Arby's back in my day, and on the East Coast in the suburbs of a big city. When I moved to small town North Bend,... I was excited to see an Arby's here, with so many limited options in this town. But, it's tucked back, hiding, and because thedining room is closed it looks dark and creepy. So many times, I've gone to the McDonald's nearby, saw that it's packed, andchosen to go somewhere else. I look at the creepy Arby's, and say nope! I head to the Burger King or Taco Time instead. Maybeit's great?! I dunno, but the dark looks of it are a deterrent. I've lived here for 3 years now. Come on, local Arby's, makeyourselves look more inviting! Read more

This Arby's has been closed for weeks, but they can't be bothered to even put a sign on the door saying they're closed. Edit:... they are now open weekdays 11 - 5 and have updated their hours to reflect that. Love the staff. They do a good job with askeleton crew. Read more

Went through the drive-thru and was asked, "What are you sipping while French Dipping..." There was a small error to my order,... but they resolved very quickly! 10/10 - 5 Stars Read more

I used to love going here, but staffing shortages are hitting the place really bad. The staff are still very friendly. But it's... difficult to get food due to unpredictable hours. Don't get me wrong, it's amazing food. And I love going here. Read more

I want to start by saying thank you for the employees who show up and do their job. I do appreciate you even being open in a... time when most of the North Bend fastfood is short hours, no staff, it's a tough world. However, I frequent this joint 1-5timesa month and it's been increasingly LONG wait times. My last visit, 20 minutes to get 2 dip sandwiches with only 2 cars ahead ofme and they had already ordered/waiting at the window. Today there were 5 cars ahead of me, 2 waiting to order the others, pastthe menu board when I arrived. It took 18+ minutes to get to placing an order and it was a full 30 minutes from the time I gotin line until the time I got food. If youre only helping 10 customers an hour you're going to go broke... There is nothing fastabout this "fast food". Apparently it wasn't due to a particular staff shortage according to the boy at the window, no reason Icould see impeding their ability to serve guests... I just don't get it. You have no one in your dining room, you're literallyhelping ONE customer at a time and I could go to a sit down restaurant with a family of 4 and not even wait this long for foodthat wasn't Prepackaged. Please help your business and bring it back to the thriving Arby's we used to know. This sucks. Read more

This location is a mixed bag. First of all, their dining room has been closed since COVID and does not appear to be re-opening... any time soon. Thus, this location is drive through only. The staff are generally friendly but lately they've had a lot ofturnover and haven't been able to keep sufficient crew on hand to provide quick service. I went there today and the intercomoperator was telling every customer there was at least a 5-10 minute wait, however they were at least accepting orders at theintercom. This is not a problem just at Arby's, but it is increasingly common everywhere you go. Bad economic state andtrail-off from the pandemic have resulted in difficulties hiring competent and willing workers across the industry, and in manyother sectors as well. Things are just bad everywhere right now. The good thing about this location is, when the food is made,it's made well and with care and attention. At least, that has been my experience over the last few years I have been coming tothis location. If someone in corporate knows a secret in how to hire more willing workers to staff the kitchen and improveservice timing, it would be beneficial. I give this location 3.5 out of 5; higher points for good food and friendly windowstaff; reduced points for high wait times and inconvenient hours due to the aforementioned worker shortage. Read more
