Stopped in for the first time today and was so impressed by the owner/chef/counterperson, she wears all the hats, and her... bubbly attitude. She even makes special orders! I've never had an organic Costco croissant/ pressed and processed turkey sandwich before. That's because they don't exist. I... took one bite and tossed my $10+ sandwhich. I felt incredibly misled by the restaurant calling itself "organic" when the food Irecieved was highly processed and contained nothing locally grown or even a piece of lettuce on it and had nothing organic aboutit. I can always tell when a person or a business is truly focused on their customers and essentially their true character isreflected in everything they do right down to the sandwich they serve to the people who patronize their business.
