I have come to eat many times here and today on Halloween ???? it was short staffed and they couldn't seat the seven of us we... were waiting for about 40 mins to be attended. Very disappointed. Read more
2yrs ago, this place was a 4rating. The food is still solid. But the service has changed. Went on a Wed. Totally empty, only 4... tables and 3 servers. No greeter around but one of the servers did seat us right away. After being seated we waited a whilebefore 1st contact. We asked for water and our drinks. No one behind the bar. Victoria came back and we ordered the apps andmeal. We waited about 15min. And our apps came out. Still no water or beer. Finally half way thru apps we get drinks and 1water. About 40 min into the dinner our food arrives. At which point we get to see Victoria again (haven?t seen since weordered). I fake choking in order to get my water. She came by 5 min later to see if we needed anything and that?s it. Now wewere ready to pay but no one was around. Literally all servers were by the soda station having a chit chat for god knows howlong. We could have left and no one would notice. Look at my pics. Maybe wed are treated like whatever days but went there for aquick bite and left aggravated! I left my review from 2 yes ago. To be fair: Solid place for a super casual family dinner. After many many many years of coming to this location and plenty of good days, good food, good memories. We finally have reached... our limit of their declining food quality and service. The alcohol drinks are made with 0 care. The quality of the food wasalways decent now it?s below mc Donald?s quality. The prices went up and the quality went down. The steaks were ordered mediumrare and medium and they both came rare. They had to be red fired and came back well done. The sprites were flat they exchangethem for orange soda which had a extremely weird after taste. The broccoli was tasteless, and the whisky burger sauce isabsolutely gross! I have never been so turned off from an establishment before till now. Save yourself the money for the SAMEPRICES you can have a top shelf steak and experience at Longhorn or texas road house. Prices reasonable. 2 for$24...my chicken sizzled when served but way over cooked, hamburger was so perfect. Service was polite... and then no where to be found. A drink of water would have been nice. Read more
This place is either hit or miss meaning some nights you can get the best service and other nights you'll get the worst service... possible. The prices are $$ reasonable, the drinks are decent and the food is okay so it's worth giving this place atleast ashot. Just remember it could be either Dr Jeckle or Mr. Hide --- don't take it personal and you'll be able to leave withoutgetting upset. Good Luck! Read more
This location was actually pretty cool. My boyfriend and I made it for happy hour. Grabbed a couple of drinks and was happy lol.... Get it? Anywho, the drinks were good and the waitress was nice. Read more
I have stopped coming here because this restaurant in general have not good red wine. Wine is cheap no many options. Too bad... because food is not bad and it is a nice place to hang out. I hope someday they are able to have more wine options! Also theyshould improve the salad menu. Read more
