If I could put zero stars I would. The servers and manager are rude and disrespectful. We were charged $3.00 extra on every item... we ordered. When bringing it to the attention of staff they said it was the “nighttime” prices. When asked when the pricesstart they said 12:00am; mind you we arrived at 11:00 and put in our order before then. The manager and server tried to convinceus that we got a different menu with different prices. The manager even got as close as to yelling at my best friend and puttinghis finger right in her face! They became even more hostile and uncooperative and threatened to call the cops. Me and my partyagreed and said that they should come. After the police had arrived and we spoke to them they came to the same conclusion as us,the diner was in the wrong. The diner had misinformed customers and were charging them without their knowledge. In the end theytook $15 dollars off our bill even though that still didn’t add up to the original amount we should have paid. I canpersonally say I will never step foot in this place again. I am extremely disappointed and appalled by the lack ofprofessionalism shown in these employees. My advice, when thinking if you should go to Boulevard Diner; DON’T! It will saveyou a lot of trouble in the long run. Read more

Such a lovely Diner at JFK Boulevard. The place appears gorgeous and offer an extended parking lot. The tables are clean and... have options to seat at the bar, the couches or the tables. The menu is simple to understand and the waitress is too kind. Read more
This review may potentially change in the future, but for now I'll just say I've had this place once and I thought the food was... pretty good. Ordered the Reuben Sandwich, some Mozzarella Sticks and a steak wrap with fries. The delivery time was prettystandard, but my one concern was the Reuben was way too overloaded with Sauerkraut and corned beef. That sandwich was huge, butslightly unmanageable. Our party of 10 was seated right away when we arrived at noon. The waitress had trouble understanding us in English and Spanish.... Other than that, the food was decent, I also was expecting anything amazing. We all ordered more breakfast plates than lunch,except gramps, he ordered Salmon and said it was delicious. I ordered food , they initially said they was gonna come in 20-30 minutes . But they took a whole hour . Not only did my food... come freezing but they also have orange juice all over my food, when called they said how they couldn’t do nothing , how thedriver didn’t want to come back. Asking and telling ME to go back to the store to get a refund . Disgrace if there was a zerostar review I would put it . Read more
