I knew that the place only does the drive-thru after ordered online. They did not let me take the food. The manager (I believe)... kept saying "no food" for me because only drive thru is possible. No car no food although the food was sitting on the tableright next to him. I kept asking him to just give the food to me. He said he called the police. Ridiculous. Read more

I wish I can give it no star. Rude and never polite people here, If I was the owner of this place I would have everyone trained... again.. The only BK I know that Never gets orders right. Another thing is they always have a problem of not giving peoplereceipts. You should always give that to anyone who orders via cash or card.. How do you run out of receipt paper? The soda tastes like they use old bath water and add syrup. Disgusting.
False advertisement. Hours on web say till 1am but was there tonight and doors were closed before 10pm. Poor customer... service. Ernesto, Maria, Janet were very rude by ignoring and not being very helpful because they closed and they didn't wantto be there. Soda machine had no coke, sprite. BURGER KING HQ needs to have this franchise owner shut down. Here is my order of large fries. My shake was half full too. My... fish burger was burnt to a black crisp and missing condiments. Don't support this scam business please. Needs new employees andnew management. It's really difficult to mess up a franchise this badly. I WOULD RATHER EAT DOG FOOD AND GARBAGE. A lot of people complain in reviews about bad service - I never had that experience. If you are nice to the workers they are... always nice to you. And at the end of the day its a burger king, not a high end restaurant - get your $8 meal with a drink andgo on. I love it everytime I come here. Bacon king is awesome! Read more
It's a neat and mostly clean location, hardly ever a long wait on line, food is made right then and everyone seems friendly
