This was the worst customer service i ever saw in my life. I ordered online at 5pm and they told me on the app that my order is... ready for pick up at 5:42 so I went there and waited till 6:20 pm. I asked the team if my order is ready now and they told methey didnt start with the order yet. I ordered pizza for delivery. I called store in 1 hour they said it?s on the way than I called again 2 hours later they said... still on the way. At the end I didn?t receive my order. So. Dominos. ??????????? For a pizzeria chain I believe they strive for consistency of quality and as much as I have been a... loyal Dominos customer for a few years now, THIS particular location consistently falls short of meeting that level of qualitythat I believe most expect from a Dominos pizzeria. My home is literally a 4 min drive, 8 min bicycle ride, or a 20 min walk tothis Dominos location. It baffles me that despite how close I am, I consistently receive pizza from this location that is cold,or the wrong order is sent, or they just forget to supply the entire order. Breakdowns in quality seem to be a normal occurrencefor this location. You wanted square cut pizza? Nope, you?re getting slices. You wanted hot cheesy pizza? Better prep your ovenbecause this pizza is coming in cold. Wanted some extra sauce on the side, that you paid for? If you fail to ask, it?s likelyyour delivery person will forget it. Last night, I ordered a small personal pizza with sausage. The app claimed my order wouldbe ready in 14-24 mins, so when it arrived 1 hour and 20 minutes later, I had had enough and decided to write this review. Thislocation gets the orders wrong and is delayed so often that the Dominos corporation regularly sends me coupons for free pizza?sor 20% off coupons to compensate for all the mistakes. I?m not sure what it is with the quality of service at this particularlocation but if you want piping hot pizza, delivered in a timely fashion, you?re better off literally ordering from ANY otherpizzeria in the neighborhood and you?ll have a better experience than Dominos. And if you?re like me, sometimes I order fromthem regardless of the inconveniences and just accept that most times they get my order wrong or it arrives cold. Seriously NO cheese inside ?Stuffed? Cheesy bread! Terrible! They said they?ll send a new one but I have to wait another 40... minutes and will give this one away to them. If I could give this rating a zero I would. The website has a car tracker which shows when and what time the food should be... arriving. I've been waiting for my food for about an hour and half. We called the store and was on hold for 10 minutes, only tobe told that the driver was making deliveries on foot! While our food has been sitting there for over an hour getting cold. Thedriver calls us saying that he had to walk back to the store to pick up our order and deliver it walking. Again this is Domino'sPizza we are talking about, not a mom/pops pizzeria. this place needs to be shut down all together. An online order took over an hour and a half to get to my house. I got three... different time arrivals, and three different excuses. This is why mom and pop pizzarias will forever have my money. You havepeople who cannot run that place for the life of them, nor give people the proper customer service. Took over 2.5 hours to get the pizza. Probably cold by time it left the store since it got here cold as well considering the... time it took. Veggie pizza came with pepperoni attached to the bottom of the pizza. Read more
I've been coming to the dominos in north bergen for years. Today for the first time I can say I'm disgusted and disappointed of... one of your employees. After the cashier gave money to put away to another employee who was putting garlic knots on a pan tostart baking them he did not take any time to go wash his hands and kept on touching the garlic knots after placing the moneyaway.
