I ordered a cheese pie and they sent me an old pizza that was sitting in out all day. They reheated it so it was burned and... dusty. The cheese was tough and not melty like a fresh pizza would've been. Sad... My whole family is disappointed with ourpizza night. Read more
Very upsetting! This restaurant is constantly making mistakes. I am tired of calling to complain everytime! The owner is very... nice but the staff at the counter just doesn't care. I spent over $80 on food and give them a $15.00 tip. Get to the restaurantand the cashier had the nerve to say we didn't pay. I had the paid receipt in my email and also my bank transactions where themoney was deducted. The guy finally confirms it was paid, but really?? Why bother having an online option if your going toaccuse people of not paying?? It's your job to track this stuff! I drive back home 30 min and they did not put the desert inthe bag. It's so frustrating to spend so much money and keep having these mistakes happen. Last time they forgot to put chickenon my salads. And other instances that I can write about book about. Have been a patron here for over 10 years but not worth theaggrevation anymore. Read more
Great food and great pizza. I have been eating here for over 20 years and they have been very consistent.
What's so hard? I called looking to get baked ziti Sicilian style. If you don't know, it's baked ziti with egg plant. Now they... make it with meat balls, they make it with sausage. You know they have egg plant, it's in several dishes. What's so hard aboutthrowing some in the ziti and baking it? I have no problem with an up charge, feed me what I want. The food at Palermo is amazing!, paired with the delicious sangria y home made tiramisu is the best all around dinner you could... have. The service is so friendly, I feel like family when I go there. I would recommend this restaurant 110% ! Read more
Best penne alla vodka ever! Please don’t ever remove this dish from your menu. That vodka sauce is epic.
I have been to this restaurant a couple times but this is my first review. I ordered lunch and had it delivered. I called in and... they got everything right for a large order. For myself I ordered the healthy pasta with only vegetables. When I got in I dug inand it looked tasty. When I tasted it, there wasn't much seasoning to it so I had to add seasoned salt and a little hot pepper.After that it tasted more to my liking. The roll they added was pretty good though. This is a special place with hidden quality foods that tastes brilliant. The dough was spot on & the sauce from wings to pasta... was well balanced. Nothing too overwhelming but perfectly hitting your cravings and taste buds. I suggest dining in because youget that great experience from staff to the authentic food you get for a fair pricing too!
