To whom it may concern, My husband visited the Taco Bell located at 2099 74th st, North Bergen on 12/3. He was ordering food... for our family. We are a Taco Bell household. Our order consisted of 7 hand held items (not all tacos or burritos) and oneMexican pizza. He was told by the young lady at the drive through that they did not have nacho supremes so instead they offeredhim a dorritos locos taco supreme as a replacement. This is not a replacement for the item I requested. The staff clearlydoesn?t have a hold on what their menu is, which is concerning. They packed up our food horribly, the Mexican pizza was crushedby the handheld food items. We live only about 10 mins from this Taco Bell. When my husband arrived home 1/2 of the Taco pizzawas stuck to the lid and the box was completely caved in. I didn?t eat the items provided because they were not fit to be eaten.I then went to the Taco Bell in question to get my money back for my lunch which consisted of the taco pizza, the falselyrepresented exchangeable item and a soft shell taco supreme. I was told by the not one but two managers they have no authorityto return my money, they needed to call the GM Jenn. The one lady manager calls the manager on her personal cell phone. Themanager kindly accepts the return but I didn?t have the card as my husband had to go to work. I told Jenn I would come backtomorrow she told me she would speak to her staff and advise that I was coming in. My husband goes back to the Taco Bell inquestion around 10am. He is then speaking to the manager on duty Mason. This manager is being nothing but combative as myhusband is trying to explain the story. I then get a call from my husband telling me that the manager is telling my husband whathe is telling him is not the truth because they don?t have a phone. I don't recommend this location. I went in drive thru and Order Chalupa and Nacho fries wait few minutes in drive thru and told... by employee wait in front will give you there. I waited like 20 min no one came. Try to called no one pick up phone. went in totold buy manager they out of nacho fries. they supposed to tell me earlier that they are out and going to make very lousycustomer service....... Horrible food and customer service as well. I got my order incorrect. I did 2 separate orders under same name same time on the... Taco bell app for pick up drivethru. An Employee gave me just one order then I found out that I am missing one more order andwent back to pick up 2nd order. Employee refused to give me 2nd order. She was arguing that I picked up the order already.Without listening to the customer?s explanation, she was screaming at me in the drivethru and claiming that I picked up theorder already and She can not talk to me over the drivethru. So I went inside, tried to convince her about missing order byshowing reciepts online. Then she found out that order was actually never made. After all these hassle she was not curtiousenough to say sorry at least for her actions. Especially when store is opened up new, employees should be more focus on qualityof food and customer service as well. Also I asked no meat in my order and when I started eating found out beef in cheesygordita crunch. Uncooked tortia, missing ingredients and unfriendly staff. Surprisingly they were not busy at all and stillgetting worse service. I would recommend others avoid going there till they get fully trained. Read more

I had to place my order on a kiosk and only pay with a card . I personally like cash. Never recieved my receipt. Waited 5... minutes for my food. There was 3 people in the restaurant and one car in drive thru. They could not get our three ordersstraight. When I got my order the food was cold and not worth the money. My husband who absolutely loves taco bell but actually got sick from our meal last night. Tasted off like no flavor and was... sloppy made. His soft tacos were cold and was soggy and broke through the tortilla making us wonder how long that taco had beensitting there. I know they are new but they need to train better. First and last time. We will stick to the one on bergenline. NEVER AGAIN. Read more

Got the "Nacho Fríes Box" instead of the "Loaded Truff Nacho Fries" which I had asked for... but noticed that once pulled out... of the drive through and didn't felt like going in there to have it changed, (double check your recipe and order) Nacho fríeswere super fresh and delicious same applies for the Beefy 5 layer Burrito. Service was quick, but as mentioned they gave me theincorrect meal. Read more
