Reviews for Teri Teri Japanese Restaurant in North Bergen, NJ
If I could add zero stars I would. the girls have an attitude if they don?t wanna work there then they shouldn?t, they are rude... and unprofessional. What happened to customer first. 40 min for a chicken bowl and an attitude is unnecessary when you arepaying for a service. Y?all could do better than that Read more

This place is really going to end up closing if they keep up with their terrible service. How is it that I went at 8:30pm and... the cashier tells me only take out because they have to clean. I told her the time and she stuttered and said ?yeah but we haveto clean and that takes time? ? so you?re telling me it takes 2 hours to clean a small place? Also, asked her about a specificplate and once again she stuttered and couldn?t give me an answer. Aside from this, the last times I?ve ordered the food hasbeen soggy and the lettuce tasted unwashed which gave it a dirt type of flavor. The people they have there now are definitelynot good with customer service. Wish I could give 0 stars. Read more
ATTENTION!!! Everyone stop going to teri teri right now, COSTUMER SERVICE 0/10 the girls that work there are distracted, rude,... and so lost. Always have my food mixed up. The prices in the menu are covered with a black marker which it shouldn?t be allowed.I like the food in teri teri but the place has really changed, they even have a time that its still open but you arent allowedto sit in the restaurant. Really don?t recommend it to no body anymore and they should close down. Read more
Warning to all: Teri Teri all of a sudden turned to be a dump, customer service is trash, and now all the prices on the menu is... concealed with a marker which is bad for business... according to them "the price change" which to me makes it suspicious, ifthats the case then create a new menu for all we know they probably skyrocket the price. Other then that food is not even goodat all. Read more
So my friend and I went there at 9 to sit in and was told take out only. Sigh ok. Looked at the menu and all the prices were... blacked out so you have to go to the register to ask for each of the prices. Another sigh. I decided that I would go with mybasics since I?ve never tried them (California, shrimp tempura and spicy salmon). It was $17. I ordered a bubble tea whichwasn?t a bubble tea but rather a smoothie with bubbles on the bottom. When I took the food home to eat I was so disappointed. The California roll was super soggy like the rice was left too long in water. The spicy salmon one was soggy and I couldn?tstomach it the only one that was good was the shrimp tempura. My friend who bought the more expensive one was disappointed withher purchase because her order $41. I will never go back. Lesson learned I should always read the reviews first. Read more
I drove 25 miles for the California tempura. What a waste. They used to be so good. I waited 45 minutes for the food. They... claimed the chef was new. For the price and the quality it was not worth the wait. Read more
A little pricey, but the food was good. Not exactly an open floor plan, but that isn't really their fault. Overall ok
