UPDATE 3/1/21: After remote working for over a year now, I would usually sprain my elbow and wrist due to my poor ergonomic... desk/keyboard position. I changed their positioning many ways with no substantial relief. However, one morning I noticed that myelbow/wrist pain went from noticeable to practically gone. I had not changed anything but drink some of the Healthy Bar'smorning juices that were tailored to my needs. It was truly shocking and amazing that my elbow/wrist inflammation were remediedby these powerful juices!! In order to kickstart my health this year after a not-so-good one in 2020, I finally decided totryout the Healthy Bar 3 day juice cleanse. I've heard great things from my friends and wanted to try it out. I began bydescribing my health goals with the staff and they were able to tailor specially designed juices that meet those goals.
